Professionalising real estate industry
The ASRE aims to further professionalise the field of real estate science. Working with top lecturers in their fields, we never stop looking for the most effective ways to facilitate learning. Our students both stimulate and shape the programme by raising questions about the contemporary real estate market. Our research fellows and professors seek answers to these questions, publishing their results in the ASRE Paper Series. Completing the circle, these fresh findings and knowledge offer new material and insights for our courses.
Programmes & courses
In the dynamic world of real estate, knowledge can quickly become obsolete. With its wide and varied course offering, the ASRE helps real estate professionals to stay abreast of developments and keep their skill set up-to-date. We offer the following programmes:
- Master of Real Estate (MRE)
- Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE), including the Master Challenges
- Short executive courses
- ASRE online: blended courses
Our field
Real estate science deals with the many aspects of real estate investment and development. This multidisciplinary field encompasses spatial, market and institutional issues, as well as the financial and economic aspects of real estate finance. The legal and fiscal frameworks also form key elements in this complex and fast-moving industry. The ASRE distinguishes itself in the Dutch academic system by seeking to combine all these disciplines within one interdisciplinary arena. We do this by working with a variety of specialist university departments.
